User Agreement for afropay (hereinafter only UA)

I. Definition of Terms

    afropay (Company and Operator) - means eConsulting International, LLC online payment system project .

    User - means any individual or legal entity with full legal capacity that may use services provided by eConsulting International, LLC.

    Non-User - means any individual or legal entity with full legal capacity that shall accept payment from the User via the afropay prior to being a registered User.

    UA - means the terms and conditions of use, other provision, or other arrangements of services provided by eConsulting International, LLC, e.g. afropay service, etc.

    GSM - means a technological standard providing mobile voice and data communication representing a digital cell radiotelephone system operating on the frequency of 900 MHz, or 1800 MHz or 1900 MHz.

    SMS/texts/ - means a technological standard providing the services of sending and receiving short text messages (hereinafter referred to as "SMS") within the GSM network.

    Personal Account - means an Account used for non-business purposes and used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. Personal account can receive maximum 10 credits and may not receive more than $1,000 USD per month. If personal account receiving business payments or exceeded stated limits, account will be automatically upgraded to a Business account.

    Business Account - means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

    Account - means a Personal or Business virtual account created by the User to perform and monitor the transactions entered into the system by the User, related fees associated with the use of afropay and User payments; however, under no circumstances this term means the providing of banking services.

    Account Opening - means the creation of a virtual User's account in the afropay system with new registration or adding of a new account in afropay by already existing User .

    Account Maintenance - is the storage of all data related to the User's account in an electronic or written form on independent media of eConsulting International, LLC.

    Account Deposit - means a cash deposit or transfer from another account to accounts of eConsulting International, LLC.

    Withdrawal from afropay - means any withdrawal of funds from the afropay account in cash or any transfer to another account not maintained in afropay.

    Balance - means any money that you have in your afropay Account.

    Fund - means your ability to add money into your Account.

    Verified - means that you have completed our verification process to establish your identity with afropay.

    Mass Payments - means the ability to send multiple payments at the same time.

    afropay system - automatic payment system providing payments of costs for goods and services between the buyer and the seller or the remitter and the recipient located on

    LOGIN - means the login name used by the user to log on to afropay. Login shall always be an e-mail address or a GSM number.

    Password - protective element for access to afropay, which consists of at least 6 alphanumeric characters (it cannot include spaces). The User shall define the password and voluntary, they are obliged to protect it and not to disclose it to third parties, if in any contrary case, contact the afropay and the afropay. The password is entered into afropay in an encrypted form and nobody but the User knows the password.

    PIN Code - specific code defined by the afropay User and only familiar to the User which consists of one to six characters. The User may, but is not obliged to, activate this code. It is an element that enhances security in the handling of afropay account via SMS.

    Merchant - is used interchangeably and mean a User who is selling goods and/or services and using the Services to receive payment.

    ACH - means the Automated Clearing House network.
II. Applicability

    These Terms and Conditions shall regulate all relations arising between eConsulting International, LLC and individual companies that are members of eConsulting International, LLC, the User and the Non-User. eConsulting International, LLC is not responsible for relations between the User and another User or the User and Non-User.

    The minor may use the services of eConsulting International, LLC only upon the agreement of their legal representatives therewith.
III. Additional Regulations conclusion between the User and eConsulting International, LLC and UA Acceptance

    The contractual relation is considered to be closed at the moment when the User confirms the registration form by clicking the "SIGN UP NOW" button at the bottom part of the form followed by the correct completion of all the required data and after reading this UA which shall also be accepted by the User.

    The contractual relation, the closing of additional regulations, and the acceptance of UA may also be performed in other legal manner agreed upon by both Contracting Parties.
IV. Changes in UA

    1. After the online registration on afropay's website or in other agreed upon manner, the User declares that he agrees with UA and the Fee Schedule posted at

Any changes to UA are considered to be the new layout of UA and this new layout has to be approved by both Contracting Parties. eConsulting International, LLC shall publish the changes made on UA on the Websites and shall inform all Users about this new layout via e-mail, SMS or simply by posting this new information on the main site of If the User does not agree with new layout of UA and/or updated Fee Schedule, he has the full right to close his/her account and void by this the contractual relations with eConsulting International, LLC. If the User remains to use any services of eConsulting International, LLC after the posting of new UA or/and Fee Schedule, the new UA is considered to be agreed with all new changes without any disputes.
V. eConsulting International, LLC Performance

    1. The performance of eConsulting International, LLC shall mean solely and exclusively the services provided by eConsulting International, LLC following User's instructions. Relations between User and third party are beyond UA's cognizance and eConsulting International, LLC takes no responsibilities for third party relations.

    2. eConsulting International, LLC has the right to appoint third parties to perform tasks necessary to secure the proper function of the Provider, the afropay, and to take care of Users. Any third party appointed to such a task is legally bounded to highest privacy and security of all information connected to Users accounts.

    3. The afropay enable to their Users providing of online services for third parties.
VI. Fees

    The current tariffs of the afropay's services are published on and referred as the Fee Schedule. afropay can increase fees for users or transactions with higher potential risk, all deposit is subject to withdrawal fees according to option selected by client.
VII. User

    The User is any individual or legal entity with full legal capacity that successfully fills out registration form and receives registration confirmation notice. User's access to her/his Account is protected by the unique password and/or PIN-code. afropay will never ask the User for providing of his/her password or PIN. That is why the User shall consider all e-mails or other communication requests regarding password or PIN requesting as unauthorized and suspicious /scam/ and notify afropay about any such a case at Should the User trust another person, the User may add such a person to her/his account users without revealing hers/his password. The new account user must be a registered afropay User.
VIII. Claims

    Any claims regarding to the number, quality of purchased goods, services provided or correct order handling, are not subject to this contractual relation and the User shall clear these claims directly with the merchant.
    Shall any account transaction be the subject to a claim, the User is obliged to claim for compensation of the transaction in writing (by e-mail) to eConsulting International, LLC not later than 10 days from the transaction date while at the same time submitting all available evidence documenting the User's argument. The eConsulting International, LLC shall notify the User in written form, phone call or by email about the result of the examination. If the claim has arisen by credit card processing the User has the right to claim for compensation in 20 days and has to provide the afropay with documents confirming unauthorized card usage.
    In the case of an unauthorized claim, the afropay has the full right to charge the User's Account with penalty according to Fee Schedule.
    Should the User fail to state the afropay account number (specific symbol), the afropay returns the funds back to the sender's Account if known. In case you sent a payment without afropay account number (specific symbol) and there is no possibility to return the payment, please contact afropay and explain the situation. afropay may ask you for additional information regarding the undeliverable payment. Based on the amount of funds remitted by the User to the afropay and based on the instructions given by the User, the afropay may but does not have to execute the performance of the contracted activities. Especially the afropay has the full right to withhold or decline any suspicious payments.
IX. Liability for Damage

    The User takes the full responsibility that her/his account(s) users are familiarized with this UA and with the Contract, and the User is fully with no disputes liable for any damage they cause.

    The User is responsible for all transactions performed by using due identification of the User's GSM and/or afropay access, unless providing otherwise. The User is always liable for damage caused as a result of the GSM usage by an unauthorized person due to breaching the principles determined in UA.

    The User is liable for any damages caused as a result of the use of GSM by unauthorized persons due to loss and theft. In such case, the User must immediately inform at the afropay and require the blockage of the account.

    Any User's liability with respect to any further account misuse shall cease after the blockage of the User's Account.

    The afropay shall not be liable for any damages caused with respect to afropay usage as the result of circumstances independent of the will of the afropay and the eConsulting International, LLC, such as refusal or incorrect performance of authorization due to error in the processing system or in telecommunications lines failure, power supply outage, afropay connection failure, natural disasters, etc.
    The User also hereby confirms that he/she is aware of risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false identity. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Sites. Please be careful by any transaction made on this Site.
X. UA Validity Period

    These Terms and Conditions remain valid during the term of the contractual relation between eConsulting International, LLC and the User.
XI. Contact

    You approve to communicate with us electronically. This means, that you communicate with us as you are visiting the Site or email us at On the other hand, we communicate with you by posting information to the Site, by fax, phone or by emailing you. Without limiting other ways of communication, you agree that this is the main communication manner on the Site and for the purposes of the Service. The defined communication manner should satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. However eConsulting International, LLC may require communication per fax or phone. In case of suspicious transactions eConsulting International, LLC reserves the right to require additional information about the transactions executed on The User hereby agrees to submit any required documents; otherwise they may be excluded from the Site, charged for breaking rules of this Agreement or both.
XII. Final arrangements

    The afropay reserve the right to change these UA due to changes in legal regulations, in contractual relations of the afropay or eConsulting International, LLC with third parties in order to begin the cooperation for the purpose of securing afropay's activities, due to changes in its business policy, based on decisions made by the management of the afropay or eConsulting International, LLC, etc.

    This UA layout is a part of other regulations and the Fee Schedule of eConsulting International, LLC.

    The relations between the User and eConsulting International, LLC are governed by UA and by other regulations valid in actual time.

The afropay and the User (the User):

I. Definition of certain terms used in the regulations

    The terms such as registered user, registration, Account name, balance, Account ID, currency, Account opening, Account type, Account (this term does not mean the providing of banking services, unless stipulated otherwise by an exact definition included in the UA or in the Additional Regulations), afropay account number (specific symbol), transactions, login, password, GSM and other terminology used in these Additional Regulations are explained on the Site of the afropay: through the afropay Assistant (explanations are marked as the question mark) and in the Terms of Use. The official Website of the afropay is registered as: (hereinafter only the "Website").
II. Subject and Formation of Additional Regulations

    The Subject to these Additional Regulations closed between the afropay and the User shall be the performance of activities previously selected from the services rendered by the afropay, which are clearly specified in Article 4 of the Additional Regulations as instructed by the User. The Conditions for enclosing of Additional Regulations are stipulated in Article 5 of these Additional Regulations. The contractual relationship shall be established between the afropay and the User; while the afropay and the User incur liabilities to intervene activities for a provision selected by the User from the services rendered by the afropay which are clearly defined in Article 4 of these Additional Regulations.
III. Time of Enclosing of Additional Regulations

    Additional Regulations are considered to be accepted by the User immediately after the User expresses her/his acceptance with the new UA this means the whole content of UA without any disputes by clicking on the "Confirm" button displayed on the screen immediately after logging into the system. If you will not agree you will be automatically logged off the system.
IV. afropay's Services Offered to Users as Described on

    The afropay offers the following services:
    1. Sending and receiving money
    a) sending money to other afropay accounts, to bank accounts worldwide by wire transfer, by direct deposit or by check,
    b) receiving of money to afropay accounts from others afropay account balance, from credit/debit card, from bank accounts by direct debit, by checks or funds sent to summary accounts where eConsulting International, LLC has opened their bank accounts.
    The afropay will processed sent payments up to date stated in list of Fees. Processing Time may be different due to error in the processing system, due to changing of payment processor, or other leagal causes or in if transaction amount exceed $5,000 USD.
    The afropay is not responsible for fees of third parties, afropay does not guarantee to process payment with incorect payment details and is not responsible for delays of payment that have already been passed into the banking system.

    2. Records of the User's Account(s).

    3. Records of User's Account(s) users.

    4. Records of the User's personal data and any changes made therein.

    5. Using the SMS gateway by the User under the conditions specified in the UA as published on the afropay's Website.
V. Acceptance by the User

    Only an individual or a legal entity with full legal capacity may accept the UA, with no reservations to the content and also must accept the entire wording without any disputes, as well as Additional Regulations.
VI. User's Registration

    In the event of personal registration, the potential User is obliged to state personal data marked as required in the registration form posted on the Website Should the mailing address be different from the User's address stated in the personal data section, the User shall state her/his mailing instructions /shipping address/. Should the afropay discover that any of the data provided by the User are false, or should the afropay suspect the misuse of the afropay system and disclosure of false data, the afropay assumes the right to close the User's Account without stating any reasons for so doing. The User approves by this agreement that she/he has provided truthful and correct information without any disputes. And the usage of provided information is legal. Any information used by filling out the registration form is highly secured by our system and any forwarding of this information is highly prohibited unless the law requires otherwise. Any access to User's account is secured by password that is saved in the system in an encrypted form. Neither employee nor person in contact with the system can see this unique information. Please keep this information private. If your password will be lost or forgotten the afropay is cannot send you this information. The only way how to receive another password is by creating a new one. For this you will also need the afropay account number (specific symbol of your account). Please remember this number!
VII. Provision, afropay's Fees, Fee Schedule

    The afropay shall be entitled to receive provision specified in the Fee Schedule displayed on the afropay's Website for providing of activities selected by the User from the range of services offered by eConsulting International, LLC. The Fee schedule is a part of the afropay's Website. The difference between the interest granted by a bank for the administration of a current account by the given bank subject to the Terms of Use, and the contractual relationship between the given bank and eConsulting International, LLC shall also be considered as compensation for services rendered on the basis of the instructions issued by the User for the afropay. The User hereby warrants that she/he shall make no claim with regard to such amount, but she/he agrees that it will be included in the compensation for the services rendered by eConsulting International, LLC.
VIII. Opening of User's Account

    When the User takes the decision to register in person pursuant to Article 6 of this UA or Additional Regulations, the User is obliged to provide the afropay with adequate funds required for the performance of the User's instructions by the afropay, which shall be transferred to the Accounts of eConsulting International, LLC in the currencies available in the afropay system. A afropay account number (specific symbol) assigned to each account and stated on the afropay's Website is required separately for each account for deposits or transfers made to these accounts.
    The afropay shall open an Account for the User, where the afropay is the sole owner of this Account. The very Account shall include the following required data: Account ID, Account title, balance, currency, Account type and movements, where the afropay shall maintain a list of transfers made in the User's Account. The afropay shall perform the activities selected by the User from the services rendered by eConsulting International, LLC in such User's Account. To use afropay system you may also use credit card processing. You will be asked to add your card to the system. This information will be highly secured and all the information provided will be verified and protected against unauthorized usage as possible. Your card usage will be charge according Fee Schedule.

    USA PATRIOT Act Notification

    To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA Patriot Act requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person (including business entities) who open an account.

    What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, physical address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. We will let you know if additional information is required.
IX. Appointment of a Representative

    The User agrees that eConsulting International, LLC or one of its units shall, if necessary, appoint a representative for the performance of its activities.
X. Liability of the afropay

    The afropay shall be liable for any damage incurred by the User only if the afropay has breached of their obligations set forth in the Contract. The afropay shall expressly not be liable for any acts by third parties and rejects any compensation for damage or lost profit arising from such damage. In addition, the afropay shall not be liable for the balance deposited by the User to the Account or for the execution or non-execution of the instruction, i.e. the performance of activities selected by the User from the services rendered by eConsulting International, LLC.
XI. User's Liability for Damage

    Provisions of law shall govern the User's liability for damage. The User shall be held responsible for providing of true information to eConsulting International, LLC and for damages, if any, resulting from stating of false information, changing of any data not considered as the general usage of the service, unauthorized usage of the services or any actions considered as fraud and intervention into the system rendered by eConsulting International, LLC.
XII. Validity of Additional Regulations and Subjects to Terminations.

    The Terms of Use and Additional Regulations are valid for an indeterminate period. The Contracting Parties may terminate the Contract, in the following cases:

    a) The afropay is duly authorized to terminate the Contract if the User states false information or if the User fails to provide assistance required for the performance of an instruction, or, in specific cases, without stating the reason for termination, or upon a decision of a court or other competent body.
    b) The User can terminate the contract at any time; however, eConsulting International, LLC has the full right to charge the User for any damages occurred, if any.
XIII. Changes to Additional Regulations /Updating of User's Agreement/

    Any changes to Additional Regulations shall be considered as a new proposal of Additional Regulations, which requires the approval of both Contracting Parties. eConsulting International, LLC will present any changes in their activities on their Website.
XIV. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

    eConsulting International, LLC shall be obliged to keep confidential any information regarding the services offered to the User and shall ensure the protection of the User's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. However, the User agrees that some of data provided may be used for advertising purposes in accordance with the above Act and the Advertising Act.
XV. User's Obligations, User's Participation.

    The User shall be obliged to provide true information and personal data, as well as assurances that such data is true. Moreover, the User is required to provide any additional information about identification of payment or person using the afropay account, if asked for this.
XVI. Disclosures to other Regulations of Terms of Use

    The User confirms that she/he has read the UA carefully; understands and agrees with its content and with all of the conditions included therein.

    By sending the registration form the User confirms that they have entered into this contractual relationship, which is established by accepting these Terms of Use and is governed by these Terms of Use and the Additional Regulations, as a free and serious act and deed, and without any error of fact or law.

    Both the User and eConsulting International, LLC have accepted these Terms of Use and the Additional Regulations thereto; rights and other terms not stipulated by the UA are governed by the Commercial Code in force in the Europe Union, and by the General Terms and Terms of Use of eConsulting International, LLC.
XVII. Direct Debit, Direct Credit Terms of Use

    Authorization - By adding your bank account, you are authorizing eConsulting International, LLC LLC /afropay/ to debit the bank account with the amount you requested on your 'send money' form, transaction fee included. Any Direct Debit request made through afropay from your bank account through ACH is considered as a request for electronic transfer and this is considered a legal authorization of the payment. By adding your bank account, you are also authorizing direct credits to your bank account. Any return direct credit will generate a return fee. You can find all fees in our list of Fees.

    You are obligated to ensure that sufficient funds are in your account on the transfer date. If the funds are unavailable at the time of the transfer, a return payment fee will be applied. Moreover, afropay reserves the right to resubmit the collection of any return Direct Debit previously authorized by you. If any rejection or return occur, your afropay account may be closed and your access to afropay restraint.

    You are not authorized to stop a direct debit requested by afropay once the funds have been sent to another bank account!

    You must always inform afropay if your bank account has been a victim of fraud and was cancelled or blocked. In case you close or block your account, you will not be able to request any electronic transfers and you will have to remove such an account from afropay. You may terminate your account with afropay only seven business days after a Direct Debit was deducted from your account.

    By providing afropay with names and account information of Payees to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize to follow the Payment Instructions that it receives through the payment system.

    afropay will use its best efforts to make all your payments properly. However, afropay shall incur no liability and any Service Guarantee shall be void if afropay is unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:

    1. If, through no fault of afropay, your Payment Account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or the transaction would exceed the credit limit of your overdraft account /applicable also in case of submitted fraud, uncovered check, when the amount is blocked and reversible. IMPORTANT NOTE: afropay will not debit your account at any time other than for a returned item, and only for the exact amount of the returned item./* ;

    2. You have not provided afropay with the correct Payment Account information, or the correct name, address, phone number, or account information for the Payee; and/or,

    3. Circumstances beyond control of afropay (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from an outside force) prevent the proper execution of the transaction and afropay has taken reasonable precautions to avoid those circumstances.

    Provided none of the foregoing exceptions are applicable, if afropay causes an incorrect amount of funds to be removed from your afropay Account or causes funds from your afropay Account to be directed to a Payee which does not comply with your Payment Instructions, afropay shall be responsible for returning the improperly transferred funds to your afropay Account, and for directing to the proper Payee any previously misdirected transactions, and, if applicable, for any late payment related charges.

    *By these Terms of Use you agree that afropay is allowed to reverse transactions from you and/or your customers to afropay /eConsulting International, LLC/ in cases where afropay attempts to debit the paying customer's account and fails for one of the following reasons: nonsufficient funds, account closed, or not authorized.

    eConsulting International, LLC has accepted rules which shall protect afropay system and also the User. According to this rules, the afropay WorldClearing reserves the right to check suspected transfers and also to require additional information about the identification of the sender /this includes all payments equal or above $10,000 USD. The afropay also reserves the right not to execute any suspicious transactions, to put limits on transactions to suspicious afropay accounts or froze afropay account for 180 days.

    All transactions made through afropay system must fulfill our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.

    afropay does not allow its service to be used for illegal activities. afropay reserves the right to take preventative or corrective actions to protect itself and its users. Thus, afropay has developed an afropay reserve policy ("PRP"), as part of the Terms of Use to which each customer agrees at the time of initiation of service. This policy help customers identify activities that are illegal or may be illegal under certain circumstances, and to identify certain types of activities for which afropay has decided not to process payments, even if the activities may be legal. afropay reserves the right to revise or make exceptions to the PRP, in order to reflect changing customer and business needs. afropay also reserve the right to ask users to explain the motives link to a transactions or set of transactions in case of suspucisious activities.     Despite afropay's active enforcement of its Policies, ultimately it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all transactions comply with the afropay reserve policy and the guidelines below.

    afropay users buying and selling on the internet should note that each website maintains its own policies to ensure a safe and legally compliant marketplace.
    It is the responsibility of afropay users, buyers and sellers to ensure that all transactions comply with both afropay and the online store involved rules and regulations.

    Transactions Covered by the afropay reserve policy.
    The afropay reserve policy covers all afropay transactions including donations, purchases, and sale of all goods and services, any online marketplace, through the seller's own website, or any other forum.

    Violations of the afropay reserve policy.
    Violating afropay's afropay reserve policy may result in temporary or permanent limitation of a customer's afropay account(s). This includes the inability to send and/or receive payments, to remove financial information from an account, and for users to close their accounts as a way of evading the policy. Additionally, users whose accounts are permanently limited for violating the afropay reserve policy are barred from future use of afropay and its services, and such users are not permitted to open new or additional afropay accounts.

    - Act in a manner that is defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
    - Provide false, inaccurate or misleading Information;
    - Send or receive what we reasonably believe to be potentially fraudulent funds;
    - Refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of your identity or any Information you provide to us;
    - Attempt to "double dip" during the course of a dispute by receiving or attempting to receive funds from both afropay and the seller, bank, or credit card company for the same transaction;
    - Use an anonymizing proxy;
    - Control an Account that is linked to another Account that has engaged in any of these Restricted Activities.
    - Conduct your business or use the Services in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, Disputes, Claims, Reversals, Chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties and other liability to afropay, a User, a third party or you;
    - Use your Account or the Services in a manner that afropay, Visa, MasterCard or Discover reasonably believe to be an abuse of the credit card system or a violation of credit card association rules;
    - Allow your Account to have a negative Balance;
    - Provide yourself a cash advance from your credit card (or help others to do so);
    - Disclose or distribute another User's Information to a third party, or use the Information for marketing purposes unless you receive the User's express consent to do so;
    - Send unsolicited email to a User or use the Services to collect payments for sending, or assisting in sending, unsolicited email to third parties;
    - Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
    - Facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or Information;
    - Use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our website;
    - Use any device, software or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers, or interfere or attempt to interfere, with our website or the Services;
    - Take any action that may cause us to lose any of the services from our internet service providers, payment processors, or other suppliers;
    - Use the Service to test credit card behaviors.

    Actions by afropay
    If you engage in any Restricted Activities or breach terms of use, we may take various actions to protect you, afropay or afropay Users.

    The actions we may:
    - close, suspend or limit your access to your Account or the Services;
    - update inaccurate Information you provided us;
    - refuse to provide our Services to you in the future;
    - freeze your funds for up to 180 Days if reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability;
    - take legal action against you.


    Users of afropay Business account must read and agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before submitting their web site for afropay payments service (VPS) Approval process in afropay. These terms are an additional part of User Agreement for afropay (UA).

    Please note that these rules may be amended for time to time in our sole discretion.


      1. You must be an owner of this web site. Thus, we encourage you to register your afropay Business account with email address related to your web site ( of
      2. Your web site should not sell any of Prohibited items.
      3. Your web site must display afropay logo on main page ( > Merchant tools > afropay Image Gallery).
      4. Your web site must be clear and running properly. It means that every item you offer must have shown its name with description (or purpose) and the price of it. Item's images are optional and cannot be mendacious. Further, website's links must serve to its purpose that is noticed on it. If there are any link that do not works on your web site, your web site will be declined even if web site was already approved, payments may be held for 180 days as stated in UA. If your web site looks like template, you will be removed without any prior notice from us.
      5. Your web site must be trustworthy. It must contain your Terms of Use, your Privacy Policy and your Contacts (phone, email and address is required). Do not link to our Terms of Use or our Contacts. The information for users must be strictly yours.
      6. To accept payments your web site needs to contain afropay "Buy Now" buttons. They will link your customers to afropay's check out web site where they can pay for a single item order. If you wish to offer your customers to make a multiple-items purchase on your web site, you can use Shopping Cart software by adding Add to Cart button for each item. A Money request or HTML code generated for the Buy Now button can be send also by email to your customer. If you are using other shopping cart software, you can use the generated HTML code for data transfer to our website. If any problems occur, you can contact us to find a solution.
      7. SSL encryption on your web site IS NOT required. Users' financial data like bank or credit card information can only be saved in afropay. Our payment website has secure SSL encryption.
      8. You can save only user name, street address, email, and phone and purchase details. afropay Business account enables you to use our Application Program Interface (API) to get payment details on your Output URL. Optionally, you may use also Return URL address to confirm successful or not-successful payment. You can set up Output URL in Business afropay account settings and Return URL in Buy Now or Shopping cart button code.


      1. To apply for VPS you must get verified as required.
      2. If you cancel your credit/debit card from your afropay or if it expires and you do not update and verify a new one, you will become the not verified user. If you were already approved merchant for PPS, your website will be declined from service and all of the received credit card payments will be held on your afropay account according our UA. You can get verify again later, but your payments may be unblocked earliest in 60 days and at least in 180 days. Thus, we encourage you again to take seriously your personal policy about your afropay Business account.


      1. You must get verified user.
      2. You can sell only products in good condition except Prohibited items and it must be clear what you are selling.
      3. There are no exceptions to offer any extraordinary services (e.g.: get rental advertisement on your face for a month etc.). You may negotiate the item with our professional team.
      4. To start VPS approval process, you must add a URL link that leads to your personal page on auction web site where should be displayed all of the items you are selling.
      5. If you do not have a previous afropay merchant history, you will be asked to provide us with recent 3 month history with your credit card processor or bank.


      We do not support following products or websites:

      a) adult content;
      b) anabolic steroids;
      c) animals and wildlife;
      d) gambling;
      e) guns, weapons;
      f) hatred websites;
      g) human or animal parts (dead or alive);
      h) multi-level-marketing, pyramid schemes, CLUB, "get rich quick" and Matrix schemes;
      i) travel services - license required (proven history of business);
      j) pharmacy and drugs;
      k) paid content, pay per access;
      l) replica;
      m) spammers, unsolicited email commercial services;
      n) tobacco;
      o) warez (pirated software), illegal MP3s sales, copyright infringers;
      p) any illegal products or services;
      q) criminal activities.

      If your item does not belong to any category above and you feel your item is questionable, do not hesitate to discuss with us via email
      NOTICE: Any item that is not announced above may be declined by us or by our credit card processor in sole discretion.


      afropay requires a security deposit to credit card and direct debit payment applicants. The Amount of the security deposit depends on the type products or services offered on your website and on the monthly sale volume.
      8% will be taken from each credit card or direct debit transaction and deposited on a separated afropay account until the security deposit reaches the required amount. Security deposit will be holded by afropay at least 60 days after applicant will stop receiving credit card or direct debit payment.


      1. As a verified user you can apply for VPS service by submitting of your web site in your afropay Business account.
      2. You must prepare your online store (website) perfectly as required (I. Basic instructions).
      3. If you are a new user of afropay (less than 60 days of active merchant transfers history), you are obliged to provide us with recent 3 month history with your credit card processor. If you are applying for credit card payments for the first time, you have to provide us with recent 3 month bank statement history. The received documents will be enclosed to your afropay merchant history. You will be prompted for this step by email from us.

      4. We recommend you to start selling with accepting payments from afropay user's balances (Account transfers) within 60 days period. This way you can support your afropay merchant history within first 60 days (since the date you apply for PPS service). This may help you in the Approving process.
      5. After 60 days testing period it will start the Approval process which takes two stages within 2-4 business days. afropay reserves the right not to approve your afropay Business account for VPS for any reason in sole discretion. In the second stage, our credit card processor will pass a resolution. We assume that the previous 60 days period of the Account transfers is enough time to prepare your web site excellently for VPS and make lots of Account transfers to have a good reputation in your afropay merchant history.
      6. The final decision will be send to you via email after the period expires within 2-4 days. It is irrevocable. Please note you must to fulfill all requirements set above as well as those that are based on communication between you and us.


      You are responsible for all Chargebacks, Reversals, Claims and related costs arising from your transactions caused by or arising out of your breach of this Terms, and/or your use of the Services. Chargeback fee is $30.00 USD. You agree to reimburse afropay, a User, or a third party for any and all such liability. We may debit actual or contingent Chargeback amount or other costs from your afropay account balance, or from any other account or credit/debit card accessible to us.
